Sapi V2 ignites the little joys sparked within us when we pay attention to the natural world. In this world, our breath becomes calmer, our heart beats with ease, our nervous system realigns itself with our spirits. This interactive video-based exhibition invites us to respond back to the Earth and be in conversation together.
Artist Bio: Samay Arcentales Cajas is a Toronto-based queer Kichwa digital media artist exploring human-land relations, new media dimensions of indigenous cosmology, and immersive art as a site of liberation. Her works have been shown at ImagineNATIVE, Xpace Cultural Centre, Soulpepper Theatre, TQFF, Prague Quadrennial, among others.
